T-Tops Etc., LLC is the leading boat top manufacturer on the Delmarva peninsula and many neighboring areas. We have a manufacturing alliance with boat dealerships and boat builders locally. While boat tops are our primary manufacturing focus, T-Tops Etc., LLC isn’t limited to boat tops alone. We also manufacture many other custom built boating accessories in house including t-tops, walk around tops, hard tops, leaning post’s, radar arches, wake board towers, tuna towers, half towers, railing, bow railing, ladders, and more. For your boat dock and marina, we build boat lift “cat walks”, floating dock ramps, dock railing, dock lighting & lamp post’s, storage boxes and more. We are tooled for a vast variety of custom aluminum fabrications and custom marine and aluminum welding operations.
We at T-Tops Etc., LLC, realize that there are many facets to a customers needs when it comes to boat top cost, quality and design. It is nearly impossible to have the highest quality at an economy cost, and not every customer is seeking the utmost in design, but total functionality. We have found that while there are very economical boat tops in the marketplace, so too, are the reports of specific practicality and appearance deficiencies for many customer needs wherein these economical designs along with the headaches of a complicated installation are not a solution of their choice. Therefore we have a number of designs of superior quality to choose from that covers a wide variety of boat models and design. Careful consideration has been taken to give our customers the highest possible quality, design, and cost blend in every boat top model we build. All our tops are built in house with your boat present to ensure a perfect fit and a clean, professional trouble free installation.
While the cost is nearly double the cost of import materials, we use all American 6463 T-66 extruded anodized aluminum for it’s superior quality. American aluminum is stronger, has greater flexibility, and a thicker anodize plating process to combat the salt water environment, and is welded with the highest quality fillers and welding machines in the industry for that perfect roll of dimes weld beads. We use only Sunbrella Canvas for our soft tops as it is the finest marine canvas available with a factory backed 10 year limited warranty and have a full spectrum of colors to choose from at no additional cost. Our fiberglass boat tops are also molded locally to our stringent specifications making all of our tops attractive and strong enough of walking on, yet very light weight.

To complete you boat top installation making it a fully turn key professional installation, we also install Electronics boxes, Spreader lighting, Anchor lighting, Navigation lighting, Spot lighting, Cockpit lighting, Outriggers & outrigger poles, Rod holders, VHF radios, Stereo & Speakers, Antenna mounts, Antenna brackets, Antennas, Radar, GPS, and Depth finders. We are full on in house boat top specialists.
Brief History:
T-Tops Etc., LLC has a unique history that indirectly leads back to the mid 90’s. A separate company legally named T-Tops was founded by the late Douglas Brockway and was believed to be a simple boat top installation service for a manufacturer from the Carolina's. By the late 90’s Mr. Brockway had tooled up, hired experienced top builders and began a local part time manufacturing process in Lewes Delaware. Fritz Geiger, having extensive background in the metal fabrication industry leading from the mid 70’s became employed at T-Tops early in 2004 and was the first full time employee for T-Tops at which time he had developed a consistent design and quality standard within the company. Mr. Geiger’s presents and drive almost doubled the sales for T-Tops by the end of 2005. By mid 2005, excited with the new found success and growth, Mr. Brockway offered a partnership to Mr. Geiger. During a period of this consideration, Mr. Brockway was diagnosed with cancer and became too ill to operate T-Tops at which time Mr. Geiger offered to purchase the tooling with the consideration to close T-Tops. T-Tops closed early 2006 and T-TOPS ETC., LLC was opened. Mr. Brockway passed early 2007 and T-Tops Etc., LLC was forced to relocate about 2 miles away from the original location in Harbeson Delaware.

Limited Warranty
T-Tops Etc., LLC warrants,
that for a period of (five) 5 years from
the date the Top (Top refers to structures, not including accessories such as
rod holder, outriggers, antennas, lighting, etc.) is sold at retail, wherein
T-Tops Etc., LLC will repair directly, any cracks, fractures or structural
failure. Fabrics and finishing including anodizing, paint, and add-on
accessories are specifically excluded, as their care and use cannot be
assessed. T-Tops Etc., LLC will not be responsible for loss or damage to any
equipment or accessory not installed by T-Tops Etc., LLC, or the cost of
removal and re-installation of any equipment or accessory that may be
necessitated by cracks, fractures, structural failure, or repair of same.
T-Tops Etc., LLC will not warrant any product, even though made by T-Tops Etc.,
LLC, if made to design or specifications of others. No dealer or manufacturer
is the agency of T-Tops Etc., LLC and may not assume for T-Tops Etc., LLC any
liability in connection with this warranty. T-Tops Etc.,LLC is not the same as
or in connection to T-Tops or the late Douglas W. Brockway and assumes no
liability in any capacity thereof.
T-Tops Etc., LLC will not warrant any product that is used
and or in connection of any charter, commercial or rental use. These uses will
deem any and all warranty null and void.
If the Top structure has
been modified, or welding of any type has been performed by persons other than
T-Tops Etc., LLC or its authorized contractors, or if the boat on which the Top
is installed has been re-powered with engines of a higher rating, than those
with which the boat was designed for or equipped at the time the Top was
installed, this Warranty will be null and void.
There are no other
warranties expressed or implied. T-Tops Etc., LLC restricts its warranty to
repair, in lieu of all other warranties either expressed or implied. T-Tops
Etc., LLC shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, equipment or
accessory losses or indirect damages, caused as a result of any defect in
material, accessory, workmanship or repair.
Warranty services must be performed exclusively by T-Tops Etc., LLC. Any and all warranty related or add on services performed, other than T-Tops Etc., LLC will void this warranty.
Defects must be reported to:
T-Tops Etc., LLC, 22793 Dozer Lane Harbeson DE. 19966, in writing,
within 30 days of discovery, with the following information required: Sales
receipt, name and address of current owner, present location of Top, nature of
defect and date purchased at retail.
Warranty’s are not transferable.
